摘要
研究以湿法磷酸为原料直接合成磷酸脲的工艺。通过正交实验,研究了磷酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、物料配比、活化剂的用量等工艺条件对产品收率及纯度的影响。实验得出了湿法磷酸直接合成磷酸脲的最佳工艺条件:反应温度为75℃;反应时间为60min;配料比[n(CO(NH2)2)∶n(H3PO4)]=1.05∶1。
The synthesis and technology of urea phosphate from urea and wet process phosphoric acid had been studied in the paper. Through orthogonal experiment the optimal operation conditions were determined and analysis of WPA concentrate, reaction temperature, reaction time, the mol ratio of urea to wet process phosphoric acid and active agent. Optimum technology conditions of were: reaction temperature was 75 ℃, reaction time was 60 min, the mol ratio of urea to WPA was 1.05:1.
