This paper has introduced the program for assessing environment - related activities made by Japan Environmental Protection Office. It includes 4 Parts:(1) Preface which outlines the assessment mechanism; (2)self- examination of Environmental Impact (3))Environmental Protection Assessment;and (4) Environmental Protection Plan.
