摘要
分析了脉冲袋式除尘器常见的问题如风机选型不当、密封效果不佳、压缩空气质量不好、滤袋破损等。提出了相应解决方法。特别对袋式除尘器结露问题进行了详细分析,并介绍了预防结露的措施。
Analyzed the common problems of pulse bag filter such as improper fan selection, poor sealing effect, low quality of compressed air, breakage of bag filter and so on. Proposed the corresponding solutions. In detail analyzed the drewing of bag filter, and introduced measures to prevent drewing.
