摘要
比较当前涉及住房的两种规划类型:住房建设规划与城市规划的特征,分析住房建设规划编制中存在的问题以及城市规划中关于住房问题的缺位,提出加强上述两类规划的协调、完善城市总体规划与控制性详细规划中住房内容、提高规划编制科学性的规划应对建议。
By comparing the housing planning and urban planning which both involve the housing issue, this paper analyzes the problems in the housing plan formulation and the absence of housing consideration in urban planning and proposes that efforts should be made to coordinate the two plans, improve the contents about housing in urban master plan and regulatory plan and upgrade the scientificness of plan making.
