摘要
利用高精度卫星影像和大规模实地调查方法获取数据,采用GIS手段和数理统计方法,利用单位用地面积建筑占地面积比例和单位用地面积建筑面积比例两项指标,研究了兰州市土地利用强度及其空间分布规律与行业驱动力。结果表明:(1)城关-七里河1-9km建筑占地比例过高,生态用地比例显著偏小,且外围地区开发强度较高,整体开发强度远高于西固、安宁两区,而后者1-5km土地开发强度过低;(2)各区土地开发强度由中心到外围大致逐步降低,但各中心区地段单位用地建筑占地率相差不大,仅到外围地区下降才较为迅速;(3)居住建筑在空间上整体驱动了城市土地利用强度的提高,商务、市政、教育、医疗等居于其次,工业建筑驱动力最弱。
By means of high-precision satellite image, field survey, GIS and statistics, this paper analyzes the land use intensity of Lanzhou, its spatial distribution as well as the drive forces of industry by two index i.e. ratio of building land area and building area. The conclusions are: Firstly the proportion of building land in the area with 9km as radius and Xiguan Cross as center in Chengguan and Qilihe districts is too high, while the proportion of ecological land is low, and the surrounding areas are more developed than that of Xigu and Anning districts. Secondly, land development intensity declines gradual from the center to the periphery in each districts, but the land occupation ratio of buildings are similar in central areas and reduce rapidly in the periphery. Thirdly, the residential buildings is the leading force of the intense land use in general, followed by business, public facilities, education, medical, and last is the industrial buildings.
