摘要
研究了甲酸镍-氯化镍型镀液的性能。测定了电流效率、缓冲容量、导电性、阴极极化曲线及分散能力等。测试结果表明:该镀波具有高的阴极极限电流密度和优良的分散能力,并阐明了分散能力与极化度之间的相应关系。
Performance of Ni formate-Ni chloride plating solution has been investigated by determining current efficiency, buffer capacity, conductivity, cathodic polarization curves as well as throwingpower. Results show it has high limiting c.d. (it can reach 70A/dm2 at pH2) and superior throwingpower. Relationship between throwing power and polarizability is explained.
