摘要
分析了气化制浆系统存在的问题,采取了综合改造措施:烟煤与无烟煤分堆改造、配煤技术的研究和运用、球磨机装置优化改造以及添加剂优化配比。改造后气化装置产能提高,实现了较长周期平稳运行。
In this paper, the author analyzed the problems existed in water-coal slurry preparation system,presented the measures for comprehensive renovation that includes storing bituminous coal and anthracite by separately piling, adopting mixed coal with optimized proportion as raw material, revamping coal mill system and optimizing added proportion of addition agents. After above mentioned measures implemented, the productivity of the gasification unit has been increased, realized the target steady keeping running for a long period.
