摘要 应用RAPD技术对来自福建、江苏、海南等17个狼尾草属(Pennisetum Richard)牧草进行分析。筛选出5个能有效体现多态性和重复性的随机引物,并利用NTSYSpc软件,用类平均法(UPMGA)建立了17份狼尾草属牧草的遗传关系聚类图。结果显示:在相似系数0.68处,17份种质分Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个大簇,第Ⅰ簇11个品种,第Ⅱ簇6个品种。其中4对狼尾草品系可能存在同种异名的现象。RAPD分析结果与形态学分类基本一致,能很好地用于狼尾草属牧草种质资源的分析。 Genetic diversity of 17 accessions of a forage resource Pennisetum from Fujian, Jiangsu and Hainan were analyzed by RAPD technique. Selected were 5 random primers which could show good polymorphism and repeats. UPMGA from NTSYSpc software was used to establish a molecular dendrogram for 17 accessions of Pennisetum. The results showed that when the coefficient was 0.68, the 17 accessions were divided into two groups: Group Ⅰ (including 11 accessions) and GroupⅡ(including 6 accessions). It is concluded that four pairs of Pennisetum may be the same accession with different name. The RAPD produced mostly the same result as the morphology classification. RAPD can be thus used as a good technique for studying the genetic diversity of Pennisetum.
