清肺合剂Ⅱ号抗炎及粘膜免疫作用的研究

Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effect and Mucous Membrane Immunity of Qingfei Mixture Ⅱ

目的:观察清肺合剂Ⅱ号的抗炎及粘膜免疫作用。方法:①采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法测定小鼠耳肿胀率,评价药物对急性炎症的影响;②通过测定实验动物唾液中SIgA的含量观察药物的粘膜免疫作用。结果:①清肺合剂Ⅱ号高剂量能明显降低二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀率;②清肺合剂Ⅱ号低剂量组能明显增加小鼠唾液中SIgA含量。结论:清肺合剂Ⅱ号有明显的抗炎和增强粘膜免疫的作用。

Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory effect and mucous membrane immunity effect of Qingfei mixture Ⅱ. Methods:A. Dimethylbenzene was used to cause the auricular intumesce of small rats to determine the rate of the auricular intumesce and evaluate the effect of the mixture on acute inflammation; B. The mucous membrane immunity effect of the mixture was observed through the determination of the content of SIgA in the saliva of the rats. Results:A. The high dose of Qingfei mixture Ⅱ obviously lowered the auricular intumesce caused by the dimethylbenzene. B. The low dose of the mixture obviously increased the content of SIgA in the saliva of the rats. Conclusion: Qingfei mixture Ⅱ obviously has an anti-inflammatory effect and mucous membrane immunity.
