摘要
从工业发展的可持续性、社会与工业发展协调性、资源利用可持续性、生态可持续性四个角度出发,建立资源与环境约束下工业可持续发展能力评价的指标体系。尝试采用层次分析法(AHP)计算评价体系中各单项指标、领域层及子系统层的评价权重,建立多目标线性加权函数对该可持续发展体系进行了综合评价的模型。
Sustainable development is one of the most serious questions for discussion and settlement in 21st century. According to associated aspects, including sustainable industrial, sustainable economy, sustainable zoology, the comprehensive evaluation system is founded and the weighted factor is acquired by analytical hierarchy process(AHP). Then the industrial sustainable development level is evaluated with the multi--objectively and linear weighted function model. This method is easy to operate and has applicable value for governmental management and policy constituting.
