摘要 激励制度是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,国有企业人力资源管理现有的激励机制已经远远不能适应现代企业制度的要求,因而必须对其进行创新,从中找出突破之处,提高企业绩效。本文主要探讨了国有煤炭企业中人力资源管理激励制度创新的问题,从激励制度创新在煤炭企业管理中的作用,国有煤炭企业人力资源激励管理的现状及其问题,国有煤炭企业中人力资源管理激励制度创新的途径三个方面对问题进行了系统的阐述。 Incentive system is an important part of human resource management. Human resource management of state-owned enterprise existing incentive mechanism, far can not meet the requirement of modern enterprise system. Hence, it needs for innovation. To find a breakthrough, improve enterprise performance. In this article, mainly discuss innovation issue of human resource management incentive system in the state-owned coal enterprise. In this article, explain the issue from the following three aspects: innovation of incentive system in the role of coal business management, the current situation and problem of human resource incentive management in state-owned coal enterprise, innovative ways of human resource management incentive system in state-owned coal enterprise.
