摘要
《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》是一部以消费者为主体,以消费者权利为核心,保护消费者利益的基本法.但随着我国不断融入国际经济竞争,该法日益暴露出它不适应消费者权益保护的客观要求以及落后于国外先进的消费者权益保护立法的诸多缺陷.本文在分析这些缺陷的基础上提出了完善我国消费者权益保护法的建议,旨在促进这部与广大消费者利益息息相关的法律尽早完善起来,使我国消费者权益得到更切实的保障.
With the joining into WTO and the amalgamation of China＇ s economy with the world＇s, the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Protecting Consumers＇ Rights and Interests seems to has something insufficient and needs to do some amendments.
