针对当前航海院校学生管理中存在的问题及其产生的原因,提出在半军事化管理机制下中队长做好学生管理工作的几点对策.
As to the problems of current maritime college＇s undergraduates, based on analyzing the reasons, the paper probes into the corresponding measures of how to conduct the supervisor＇s management of the college students well under the half military administration mechanism.
