摘要
介绍船舶水下弧焊过程焊接熔深的在线监测、控制方法及研究现状,重点分析船舶水下焊接熔深在线监测与控制需解决的问题,并验证多传感器检测信息融合方法适合船舶水下弧焊过程焊接熔深的在线监测,而智能信息处理方法的综合应用是其实现自适应控制的发展趋势.
After introducing the methodology and research presentation for ships underwater arc welding penetration on-line monitoring and control, the paper analyzes the solution problems for ships underwater arc welding penetration on-line monitoring and control and comes up with the conclusions which show that the multi-sensor information fusion method is suitable for ships underwater arc welding penetration on-line monitoring, and the comprehensive applications of the intelligent information processing method for the realization of self-control are trends of technology development in the future.
