多元化发展内河航道投融资模式

DIVERSIFIED DEVELOPMENT OF INLAND WATERWAY INVESTMENT AND FINANCING MODE

建国以来,我国内河航运取得了长足的发展,但与发达国家相比,其发展速度和技术水平都存在较大差距,造成近年来内河航运发展缓慢的主要原因是全社会对内河航运重视不够,资金投入不足.从我国航道投资历年投资情况出发,分析了内河航道投融资主体和存在问题,结合我国现代航道建设规划的资金需求及各地航道建设的融资经验,提出了适合我国国情的多元化发展内河航道投融资模式及方法.

Based on the analysis on the investment situation of the inland waterway over the years, this paper analyzes those modes of some overseas and brings up the modes and methods of the investment and finance for inland waterway which adapt to the national conditions.
