摘要
阐述了数控实践教学对培养数控专业学生的实践操作技能和加深数控知识的掌握起着重要的作用;通过两年的数控实践教学,结合广州航海高等专科学校的教学安排,提出实践教学要重视内容和突出技能培养;总结了在数控实践教学过程中实训出现的各种问题、突发性故障和人为造成的故障,并提出相应的解决办法,为以后的实践教学提供借鉴,避免类似的问题发生.
NC teaching practice plays an important role in training the NC majors with practical skills and deepening their understanding of NC knowledge. Through two years＇ NC teaching practice under the arrangement of college, the paper states the contents and technical training should come first in teaching practice. After analyzing the problems, occurrences and man-made faults in NC teaching practice, the paper puts forward some solutions as references for the sake of avoidance of such occurrences.
