85例歼击机飞行员呼吸系统住院疾病谱分析

Analysis of respiratory disease spectrum of 85 hospitalized fighter pilots

目的分析歼击机飞行员呼吸系统住院疾病发病分布特点。方法收集并分析我院1967～2007年的歼击机飞行员因呼吸系统疾病住院的病历资料。结果排在歼击机飞行员呼吸系统住院疾病前3位的是结核杆菌感染性疾病、小气道功能不良及普通感染性疾病。结论飞行员呼吸系统疾病大多症状轻微、治疗效果好，但应重视对结核和恶性肿瘤的诊治。

Objective To analyze the respiratory disease spectrum of inpatient fighter pilots.
