慢性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值

The therapeutic value of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of chronic appendicitis

目的评估慢性阑尾炎行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床应用价值。方法对18例慢性阑尾炎行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术。结果全部18例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,平均手术时间40 min,术后平均住院时间3.5 d,无中转开腹,无手术并发症。结论慢性阑尾炎行腹腔镜手术治疗安全可行,除微创优势显著,还可进行相关疾病的鉴别诊断和附带疾病的处理。

Objective To assess the role of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of chronic appendicitis. Methods Laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in 18 cases of chronic appendicitis. Results Laparoscopic appendectomy was successfully performed in all cases. The mean operative time was 40 rain. The time of post-operative hospitalization was 3. 5 d. No cases were converted to open appendenctomy and no complications were found. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is safe in patients with chronic appendicitis. Besides minimally invasive technique, it has more advantages in the diagnostic and treatment evaluation of other correlative diseases.
