摘要
目的:检测人宫颈腺癌组织中细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)和P27蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例宫颈腺癌组织、30例宫颈腺上皮内肿瘤(CGIN)和24例正常宫颈腺上皮组织中CyclinD1和P27蛋白的表达;分析其与宫颈腺癌组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移的关系。结果:宫颈腺癌、CGIN和正常宫颈腺上皮组织中CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为62.50%、26.67%和0,3组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上述3种组织中P27的阳性表达率分别为30.36%、53.33%和91.67%,3组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈腺癌组织中CyclinD1与P27的异常表达与组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。宫颈腺癌组织中CyclinD1与P27的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.451,P<0.05)。结论:CyclinD1的高表达和P27的低表达与宫颈腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。
Aim : To investigate the expressions of CyclinD1 and P27 in cervical adenocarcinoma tissue. Methods:Immunohistoehemieal SP assay was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and P27 in 56 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasm(CGIN) and 24 cases of normal cervical glandular epithelium tissue. The relationship between the expression of CyclinD1 ,P27 and the pathological grade,the clinical stage, lymphatic metastasis of cervical adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 was 62.50% ,26.67% and 0 in cervical adenocarcinoma, CGIN,and normal cervical glandular epithelium tissue,respectively,and there was significant difference among the 3 groups( P 〈 0.05). The positive expression rate of P27 was 30.36% ,53.33% , and 91.67% in the above 3 tissue,respectively,and there was significant difference among the 3 groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of the 2 parameters was related with the histological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in cervical adenocarcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of CyclinD1 and P27 was negatively correlated ( r = - 0.451, P 〈 0.05 ) in cervical adenocarcinoma tissue. Conclusion : It is suggested that the high expression of CyclinD1 and the low expression of P27 are involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of cervical adenocarcinoma.
