不同剂量HgCl_2与CdCl_2联合对去卵巢大鼠的雌激素样作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量HgCl2与CdCl2联合对去卵巢大鼠的雌激素样作用。方法:66只雌性去卵巢SD大鼠随机分为11组,每组6只,分别给予低、中、高剂量的HgCl2(0.04mg/kg、0.20mg/kg和1.00mg/kg)和CdCl2(0.08mg/kg、0.40mg/kg和2.00mg/kg)及低剂量HgCl2联合低、中、高剂量的CdCl2,阴性对照组给予蒸馏水,阳性对照组给予雌二醇,连续3d,检测各组大鼠的子宫脏器系数和嗜银染色颗粒数。结果:与阴性对照组比较,高剂量HgCl2组、高剂量CdCl2组及低剂量HgCl2与低、高剂量CdCl2联合组大鼠的子宫脏器系数升高,Ag-NORs颗粒数增加(P<0.05);与对应剂量CdCl2组比较,低剂量HgCl2与低剂量CdCl2联合组的子宫脏器系数升高,Ag-NORs颗粒数增加(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量HgCl2与CdCl2联合可能具有雌激素样作用。 Aim-To evaluate the estrogenic conjoint effect of HgCl2 with CdCl2. Methods:A total of 66 SD rats were allocated into 11 groups, and were given low, middle, high dose HgCl2 (0.04,0.20, and 1.00 mg/kg) , low, middle, high dose CdCl2 (0.08,0.40,and 2.00 mg/kg) , and low dose HgCl2 combined with low, middle, high doses CdCl2 ,respectively. The negative and positive control groups were given distilled water and E2. After 3 days, the growth of the uterus and Ag-NoRs were determined. Results:Compared with negative control group,high dose HgCl2 , high dose CdCl2 and low dose HgCl2 combined with low or high dose CdCl2 could stimulate the growth of uterus, and the means of Ag-NORs increased;compared with low dose CdCl2 group,the low dose HgCl2 combined with low dose CdCl2 could stimulate the growth of uterus, and the means of Ag-NORs increased. Conclusion :Low dose HgCl2 and CdCl2 combination has estrogenic conjoint effects.
