Aim: To observe the chages of serum CD62p and serum amyloid A (SAA) in the patients with coronary heart disase and discuss its clinical significance. Methods :The levels of serum SAA in the 30 cases with stable angina pectoris (SAP group), 30 cases with unstable angina pectoris (UAP group), 50 cases with acute myocardial infarction (AMI group) and 30 cases with healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ; The positive expressions of serum CD62p in the 30 cases with SAP, 30 cases with UAP, 50 cases with AMI and 30 cases with health con- trol was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: The levels of SaA rised in SAP group, UAP group and AM] group by turns and were all higher than heahhy control group, There was a statistical signicance among all groups; The positive expressions of CD62p rised in SAP group, UAP group and AMI group by turns and were all higher than healthy control group, There was a statistical signicance among all groups; There was a positive correlation between the positive expressions of CD62p and the levels of SAA in SAP group, UAP group, AMI group. Conclusion: SAA and CD62p play the important roles in development, occurrence of coronary heart disease. The united detections of the two parameters have fine clinical application values for the evaluations of pathogenetic condition of coronary heart disease's patients.
