摘要
在盐酸介质中,用巯基棉富集地下水中痕量硒、砷,用HNO3+HClO4(5+1)混合酸在加热条件下,从巯基棉中解脱硒和砷。采用氢化物原子荧光法连续测定硒、砷含量。方法的检出限、RSD%、回收率各指标均满足地下水分析要求。
In HCl medium, Se and As in groundwater are preconcentrated with sulfhydryl cotton. HNO 3 and HClO 4(5+1) are used to separate Se and As from Sulfhydryl cotton when heated. Se and As are determinated by hydride generated AFC. The method has the advantages of accuracy, precision and specificity. It accords with the demand of determination of groundwceter.
