摘要
在微反应色谱和熔盐换热固定床反应装置上,用Pt/Al2O3催化剂进行多氯苯加氢脱氯反应的试验研究,考察了温度、液体空速、压力、氢料摩尔比等反应条件对多氯苯催化氢解脱氯的影响,结果表明,在适宜反应条件下,多氯苯脱氯率为50%,氯苯和二氯苯收率在40%以上。
The hydrodechlorination of polychlorobenzenes on Pt/Al 2O 3 catalysts was studied in an installation with fixed bed microreacter GC and melten salt heat exchange equipment. The influence of temperature, liquid space velocity, pressure and hydrogen to material mole ratio on the dehyduochlorination reaction was investigated. The results showed that the efficiency of dechlorination could achieve 50% and the yield of chlorobenbzene and dichlorobenzene over 40% under suitable reaction conditions.
