关于加强网络文化建设和管理的思考

互联网是人类20世纪的伟大发明之一。随着网络的普及和迅猛发展,一种新的文化形态——网络文化逐步兴起并发展,且影响深远。网络既给我们带来了机遇,也给我们提出了严峻挑战。如何加强网络文化建设和管理,是一个亟待深入研究的重大课题。本文在理论联系实际的基础上,从提高各级领导干部的思想认识、加大立法力度、完善体制机制、巩固扩大阵地、搞好产品服务、发展文化产业、提高引导水平、加强行政监管、净化网络环境、强化技术保障、建设人才队伍等十一个方面,提出了加强网络文化建设和管理的对策性建议。

Internet is one of human great inventions for the 20th century . With its prevalence and rapid development , a kind of new cultural mode-the internet culture is gradually arising and developing , and being influential . It either brings us the opportunities or offers serious challenges . How to reinforce its development and management is a momentous theme should be deeply researched . This paper bases on the combination of theory and reality , put forward the countermeasure suggestion for its construction and management from the eleven aspects as promoting the thought recognition of all levels cadres ,enforcing the legislation strength , improving the systematic mechanism ,solidifying and expanding the position ,engaging well with the products service ,developing the cultural industry ,raising the guidance level ,enhancing the administrative surveillance and governance ,clarifying the internet circumstance .fortifving the technique guarantee and erecting the talent team ,etc .
