欠发达地区民族经济发展探析

欠发达地区民族经济基于资源禀赋基础上的发展一直游离于小规模、低附加值的产业末端,在不断升级的市场竞争中发展空间日益缩小。因此,欠发达地区民族经济的发展,关键在于正确认识和科学定位经济发展的比较优势。笔者认为,欠发达地区民族经济的持续发展必须具备地区禀赋性要素、独特的市场经营特色、经济型构的市场化发展趋势三个基本要素。其中,禀赋性要素是基础,独特的市场经营特色是前提,经济型构的市场化发展趋势是关键。

The national economy in undeveloped regions bases on resource gifts , its development always dissociates throughout the small-scale and low additional cost industry , its development space in the continually upgrading market competition is daily getting smaller . Therefore , the key of its development lies in accurately recognize and scientifically define the comparatively dominance of economic development . The writer deems that its development must inhere such three elements as the nature of regional endowment ,particular market management feature and market development tendency of the economic structure . Within that , the element of endowment nature is foundation , the particular market management feature is precondition , and the market development tendency of economic structure is the core .
