This paper discussed about the issue of cultural tourism development in national regions from the angle of economics and culture . Deems that it has advantaged conditions , so should pay more attention at high degree to the affairs of exploiting and manipulating it . Meanwhile it faces many restrictive factors and difficulties , and requires to extend the thought , change concepts , creatively deal with the tasks ; and to carry on sustainable development and emphasize about the task of protecting it.
