人事档案是人才信息摘要的重要载体和来源,也是考核任用干部的重要依据。发展市场经济,形成人才的频繁流动,使人事档案管理的专业性与复杂性特点日渐明显,这对加强人事档案管理工作提出了新的要求:理顺管理体制,落实档案内容,加强信息化建设,改进利用方式,提高档案管理人员的业务素质。
Personnel file is a momentous carrier and origin of talent information abstract , and also is a important foundation of examining and appointing the cadres . Developing market economy causes the frequent mobility of talents , it makes the feature of the personnel file management that the specialization and complication have been connected daily being obvious , this put forward new requirements on reinforcing the task of it.
