构建和谐社会是党中央在新世纪提出的重大战略决策,这一决策将对我国社会生活产生深远的影响。在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,社会各个层次的主要组织团体都要担负不同程度的社会责任,作为社会经济主体的企业将肩负着重要的责任和使命。企业在持续不断创造社会经济价值和追求自身利润最大化的同时,必须同时兼顾社会其他利益主体的切身利益和自然环境的保护。企业要树立科学发展观,尊重企业在社会环境中生存和发展的规律,努力协调好与企业相关利益群体的关系,同时政府也要通过加强立法和执法工作,积极引导企业主动承担社会责任,实现企业利益和社会利益的双赢,从而达到社会最终的和谐。

Building a harmonious society are very important strategic decisions made by CPC central committee in the new century. The decisions will have a profound impact on the social life of China. In a socialist harmonious soc, iety, the main organization of social groups at all levels should assume different levels of social responsibility, and as a socio-economic mainstay enterprises will shoulder important responsibilities and missions in the ongoing quest to create economic value and maximize their profits while must also take into account the vital interests of other social interest groups and the natural environment protection. Enterprises must establish a scientific outlook on development, respect for enterprises in the social environment, survival and development laws, and work hard to coordinate with the business interest groups, while the government should strengthen through legislative and law enforcement work, and actively guide companies to shoulder social responsibility and realize the interests of enterprises and social benefits of win-win, so as to achieve the ultimate social harmony.
