东北、内蒙古地区木材供需状况的实证研究

Positive Study on Supply and Demand of Timber in Northeast and Inner Mongolia

研究了近年来中国东北、内蒙古地区木材供需的发展状况。2005年该区域的木材供给量为4 066.91万m3,其中区域内木材产量占木材总供给量的67%,进口木材占总供给量的33%。2005年区域木材需求量为3 986.57万m3,其中满足区域内的需求占48%,满足区域外的需求占32%,满足国外的需求占20%。实证研究表明:东北、内蒙古地区的木材供给能够满足本地区及区域外甚至出口的需求,如果不考虑区域外及国外的需求,仅东北、内蒙古地区的木材产量也还是能够满足本地区经济建设需求的。

Status of timber supply and demand recently in northeast and Inner Mongolia has been studied. Among 40 669. 1 thousand m^3 that is total timber supply of northeast and inner Mongolia in 2005, 67% of it is production of region, and 33% of it is import timber. Timber demand of northeast and Inner Mongolia is 39 865.7 thousand m^3 in 2005. Demand for region is occupied 48%, demand for other region is occupied 32%, and demand for foreign countries is occupied 20%. The positive study shows that timber supply in northeast and Inner Mongolia can meet the demand of this region, other region and foreign countries. It is clear that supply of timber will meet the requirement for economic construction in this area if we have no regard of demand of other area and foreign countries.
