摘要
本文比较了污水排海工程和常规污水处理工程的经济技术参数，简要地介绍了该技术的原理、基本条件、关键技术措施，以及在国外的发展历程和在我国的应用前景等。
The economic and technical parameters between wastewater marine disposal engineering and regular disposal engineering are compared in this paper. And it is particularly introduced the technique about the principle, basic conditions and key technical treatments, as well as the development coures in the world and the applicative prospect in China.
