摘要
长周期光纤光栅具有制作成本低、无背向反射、结构紧凑等优点,且对外界折射率变化有较高的敏感性,特别适用于折射率传感.简要概括了长周期光纤光栅折射率传感的基本原理,介绍了基于长周期光纤光栅的折射率传感器的研究进展,目前的研究重点集中在克服温度交叉干扰、提高传感精度以及拓宽传感范围的方面,比较了各种方案的优缺点.
Long-period fiber gratings (LPGs) have the advantages such as low cost, no reflection and compact structure; besides, they are highly sensitive to the external refractive index which makes the LPGs very suitable for environment refractive index sensors. The basic principle on refractive index sensing of LPGs is summarized and the recent researches on refractive index sensing based on LPGs are reviewed. Current research focuses on temperature compensation and how to improve sensing sensitivity and sensing range. Advantages and disadvan-- tages of various schemes are compared.
