The Index System and the Estimating Methods of Regional Economic Development

区域经济发展水平的评价结果是当地政府制定区域经济发展规划的重要依据。科学的区域经济发展水平评价体系和方法对于准确、客观地了解地区经济发展具有重要意义。现行的评价体系明显存在缺陷,理想的评价体系应当在重视经济增长指标的同时,增加经济结构、经济关系、制度创新所占的比重,同时还应该对已有的指标进行优化。本文在构建新的评价指标体系和方法的基础上,建立了相关的评价模型,并利用该模型对我国各区域的经济发展水平进行实际评价。

Estimation result of the regional economic development provided an important evidence for government to make regional macro economic development planning. Scientific regional economic development evaluation system and methods are of great significance to understand the local economic situation. However, the existed evaluation system has obvious defects. The ideal system should be increased the proportion of economic structure, relationships and the institution as while as economic growth indicator, and it also should optimize the existed indicators.
