摘要
造纸黑液是一种最难处理的工业污水,其特点是色度深,COD值高,木质素多,碱性强,排放量大。针对此情况,确定采用厌氧处理试验研究,结果表明:在温度为35℃左右,Nv为10.2kgCOD/m3·d,pH值为7.0左右,进水COD值为10000mg/L,HRT为48h的条件下,厌氧处理结果,COD去除率达到70%~85%。可为造纸黑液的处理工艺提供必要的技术参考。
The paper-making Black liquor is an industry wastewater of the most difficult treatment. It has the features of high COD values, deep colour, high contnent of lignin, strong alkalinity and the large capacity of drainage. This paper introduces above characteristics and the results of experimental study of this wastewater treatment with anaerobic process. Under the conditions that T=35±℃,HRT=48h, Nv=10.2kgCOD/m3·d, a COD removal rate of above 80% can be achieved in the anaerobic bacteria treatment. These results can provide a necessary technical reference for the paper-making blackng liquor treatment process.
