Xun-Tze′s Doctrine in the Overseas Neo-Confucian Perspectives:A Case Study of Mou Tsungsan,Xu Fuguan and Tang Junyi′s Views

海外新儒家从不同视野对荀学进行了全新的诠释,尤其是在中西比较文化视野中,对荀学进行价值重构和意义转换。然而,由于视心性之学为中国文化本原,推崇孔孟为儒学正宗,使得他们对荀学有着强烈的门户之见,从而致使其荀学研究存在着一些明显的缺陷。

The Neo -Confucians have given brand -new interpretations of Xun -Tze＇s doctrine from different perspectives ,and tried to realize its value conversion in a modem sense in the comparison between Chinese culture and Western culture. Nevertheless, they have regarded the theory of Mind and Human Nature as the source of Chinese academic culture and canonized Confucius and Mencius; therefore, their interpretations of Xun -Tze＇s doctrine are not impartial, which has resulted in some conspicuous weaknesses in their research.
