基于热泵技术与酒店合同能源管理的节能服务

摘要 酒店热水生产和中央空调运转是南方酒店运行的主要能源成本,而这两方面正是热泵节能的合适领域。但是酒店的运营管理特点使得热泵节能面临投资困难和对热泵技术可靠性的质疑。合同能源管理模式的运用,消除了酒店管理层的疑虑和后顾之忧。中科能公司通过对"中华老字号"酒店实施合同能源管理投资,成功地应用其75℃高温热泵专利技术实现了对燃油热水锅炉的替代。同时,本着确保系统节能和安全运行的宗旨,对空调系统进行了变频改造和效率改善;并且还实现了热水和空调两个系统的智能化集成和远程互联网控制。 Production of hot water and running of aircon account the major part of the energy consumption for hotels in South China. These two areas are just the right energy efficiency fields for heat pumps. However,the heat pump applications have to face the difficulty in fund raising and suspicion of the technology reliability,because of the nature of hotel business. The application of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC)may release the suspicions and the worries. China Sciences Energy has invested an EPC project in a "China Cultural Heritage" hotel,and successfully replaced the oil-boiler by use of its patented technology of 75 0(3 heat pumps. Besides,in consideration of systematic energy saving,frequency converters are installed to the aircon system to improve its efficiency. The two systems of hot water and aircon are intelligently integrated and can remotely be controlled through internet.
