摘要
研究了水平直元线法犁体曲面的形成原理,二次开发基于SolidWorks本身特点的属性管理器对话框并结合SolidWorks强大的三维造型功能开发了水平直元线犁体曲面参数化设计模块,并实现了所研发系统与SolidWorks系统的无缝集成,有效解决了水平直元线犁体曲面设计过程复杂、误差大,劳动强度高等一系列问题,使水平直元线犁体曲面的优化设计变得非常直观和方便,利于犁体产品进一步开发的系列化和标准化,达到了缩短设计周期、增加经济效益的目的。
The forming mechanism of horizontal straight generatrix plough body surface is studied, attribute manager dialogue based on the characteristics of SolidWorks is re-developed, combined with the powerful three-dimensional molding system, module for parametric design of horizontal straight generatrix plough body surface is developed, seamless integration of the developed system and SolidWorks is realized, so the problems of complicated design procedure, big error, strong labor intension in design of horizontal straight generatrix plough body surface are effectively solved, the optimization design becomes very direct-viewing and convenient, makes standardization and serialization of further development of plough body products easier, realizes the purpose of shortening design cycle and improving economic benefits.
