摘要
比较研究了La^(3+)、Ce^(3+)和Ca^(2+)对马铃薯菌株的超微结构影响.结果表明,在维持细胞膜的完整性和细胞壁的结构整体上,证实Ca^(2+)为必不可缺少的元素,而La^(3+)或Ce^(3+)则在一定时间范围内有代替Ca^(2+)的作用.
The effects of La3% Ce3+ and Ca2+ on the ultrastracture of potato sprouts were comparetively studied. The results showed that calcium was the essential element to maintaining the integrity of cell membrane and the structure integral of cell wall and La3+ or Ce3 + could substitude Ca2+ for the effects within a range of time.
