心肌康逆转高血压大鼠左心室肥厚的机制探讨

Mechanism of Xinjikang to reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy of rat

目的:观察心肌康对压力负荷性高血压大鼠左心室肥厚逆转的影响。方法:采用结扎大鼠腹主动脉法造成压力负荷性左心室肥厚模型。60只Wistar大鼠分为4组:假手术组、左室肥厚模型组、心肌康组、阳性对照组(美多心安组)。术后4周,心肌康组和美多心安组分别用药灌胃,其余两组用等量生理盐水灌胃。检测指标包括:血压、左心室重量指数、心肌病理形态及心肌过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的改变。结果:(1)心肌康具有良好的降压作用;(2)心肌康对左室舒张功能有明显的改善作用;(3)通过光镜观察和心肌LPO和SOD活性的改变证实:心肌康有减轻心肌损伤、改善心肌实质和心肌间质重构、恢复心功能的作用。结论:心肌康对治疗高血压LVH有积极意义。

Objective：To study the action and mechanism of Xinjikang to reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy of rat with pressure overload.Methods：Sixty rats were divided into four groups： Sham operation, model group, Xinjikang decoction group, westen medicine group. After four weeks of the model making, Xinjikang decoction group and western medicine group were infused the stomach with the medicine respectively , rest two the groups use with same quantity the physiology brine infuses the stomach. The detecting indicator included： pressure, LVMI, function of myocardial and biochemical index sign, etc. Results： （1）Xinjikang has good effect on blood pressure. （2）h can decrease LVMI. （3）h can improve function of left ventricular.h can resist myocardial deposition , improve rebuilding, mend myocardial function, according to optical microscope and biochemical index signs confirmations.Conclusion：Xinjikang is to the occurrence of cure high blood pressure LVH, develop the aggressive meaning.
