cTnI水平升高伴CK-MB正常或轻度升高的冠心病患者的冠脉影像特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对比研究cTnI水平升高伴CK-MB正常或轻度升高的冠心病(CHD)患者的冠脉影像特点。方法:入选53例cTnI水平升高伴CK-MB正常或轻度升高的CHD患者为研究组,在入院后行冠状动脉造影术。同时以21例非ST抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者和49例cTnI水平正常的不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者为对照组。结果:研究组的冠脉影像多表现为复杂病变、三支病变、严重病变,所累及的LAD、RCA、LCX、D、LM病变率与对照组中NSTEMI患者比较无统计学差异;而cTnI水平正常的UA患者多为简单病变、单支病变、无闭塞病变,研究组与之比较有统计学差异。结论:cTnI水平升高伴CK-MB正常或轻度升高的CHD患者冠脉影像特点多为复杂病变,严重狭窄病变、三支病变的发生率较高、亦有闭塞病变存在。
