小胶质细胞及其炎性细胞因子参与阿尔茨海默病因果关系的研究 被引量：12

摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheime Vsdisease，AD）是一种进行性的脑内神经元退变性疾病，包括家族性AD和散发性AD。临床上主要表现为进行性的记忆减退和认知障碍。病理上主要表现为脑内神经纤维缠结（neurafibrillary tangle，NFT）和老年斑（senileplaque，SP）的联合发生。神经元内的Nrr是由微管蛋白TAU的过度磷酸化和糖基化形式在细胞内聚集产生的，
