金芪胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

The clinical research of Jinqi Capsules to treat the diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察中药金芪胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将早期DN患者480例双盲随机分为治疗组、对照组,两组病人均给予贝那普利口服,前列地尔静脉滴注,治疗组予以金芪胶囊口服,3个月后,比较两组病人尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)的变化。结果:金芪胶囊联合西药治疗早期DN,能有效降低尿蛋白,与对照组单用西药治疗后比较,有显著差异。结论:金芪胶囊联合西药治疗早期DN疗效理想,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jinqi Capsules to treat the early diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methotis： 480 patients were double-blind and stochasfieal divided into two groups, benazepril and alprostadil were uniformity given to take orally and intravenous drip to the treatment group and the comparison group. On this foundation, Jinqi Cap- sules were given to the treatment group, and compared miero-albuminuria （mA1b） with medicine around that two groups of patient to use the variety medicine after three months. Results： Jinqi Capsules can effectively reduce mAlb with western medicine to treat the early DN, mA1b of the treatment group was lower than the comparison group. Conclusion： Jinqi Capsules is a better praeparatum to treat the early DN and curative effect is ideal, it is worthy of promotion and application for the future.
