摘要
本文介绍激光飞行时间访港测定C60的极高的灵敏度(优于2×10-15mol)、研究了富勒烯在激光辐照下的裂解规律及对富勒烯混合物的分析,展示激光飞行时间质论在分析富勒烯材料方面的优异性能。
By the use of laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry fullerenes were analyzed with very high sensitivity(better than 2 femtomol). Under laser radiatioo the fragmentaion path of C60and C70 were investigated. Mixture of fullerenea were analed with satisfied results. The results demonstrated that laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry is a powerful tool for the investigation of fullerenes.
