摘要
本文介绍用GC/MS选择离子作为定量手段,对10种内源性本性激素尿中的排放规律进行研究,发现某些内源性物质的比率日内和日间均较为稳定,可作为监控指标。
This paper was focused on studying the profile of endogenous androgens in human urine of three volunteers,who have higher T/E ratio than normal. The results showed that the concentration ratios of some endogenous androgens, which were monitered by GC/MS-SIM,were more stable both in a day and between days in one month. The three volunteers have physiological higher T/E ratios and normal profile of endogenous androgens in urine
