摘要 回坡底煤矿556大巷主要处于砂岩中,围岩情况较好(中等围岩)。为了更有效地利用喷射混凝土的强度,结合中深孔一次光面爆破成巷技术,分析研究了围岩应力充分释放与锚喷时间、初喷混凝土推离距离与爆破对喷射混凝土的损伤等关系,对556大巷的支护工艺进行了改进,将原有施工工艺由"喷、锚、网、喷",即"一掘一喷",改为"锚、网、初喷、复喷成形",即"三掘一喷"。经过现场观察,证明改进后的方法安全有效。 556 main roadway of Huipodi coal mine mainly is in the sandstone, the wall rock situation is good (medium wall rock). For using effectively the intensity of shotcreting, combines medium -length holes first smooth surface blasting technology, analyses and studies the relations of full release of wall rock stress and the time of the bolt - shotcreting, distance of pushing from the first of shotcreting and the damage of blasting to shotcreting and so on, carries on the reform to support technique in 556 main roadway, by the original construction technique of "shotcret- ing, bolt, net, shotcreting ", that is, " one- excavating and one- shotcreting", changes " shotcreting, bolt, net, first shotcreting, again shotcreting shaping ", that is, " three - excavating and one - shotcreting Through spot inspection, proves it is safe effective that improves method.
