摘要
结合煤矿安全生产实践的要求,提出了应用模糊数学理论识别煤矿安全隐患的"综合评价"分析理论,并应用该理论,研究了山西省主要矿井灾害如:顶板压力、瓦斯、煤尘、水、火等类型,评价了地质等自然因素的危害等级划分,说明了各种煤矿矿井灾害发生的综合影响因素,定量揭示了煤矿的安全程度。建立了煤矿安全程度评价模型,即建立了安全隐患主动干预模型,为解决当前山西煤矿资源整合过程中的安全隐患防治措施定性多、定量少的核心问题以及为有效解决安全生产隐患及煤矿安全事故的对策提供了思路。
Combined with Shanxi coal mine practice, points out "synthesis safety quantitative analytical mode " by using fuzzy math to discover the hidden dangers in mine. With this theory studies the main disasters in Shanxi province such as roof pressure, gas, dust, flood and fire, grades hazards tenderness of the geological element and so on , and describes the synthesis effect of these elements that cause the bad result . With this new thought ,the coal mine safety grade assessment model will activally interfere the disasters to solve the current core problems that the counter measures lack quantatitive measures to deal with the hidden dangers during the Shanxi coal mine resource reconstruction.
