设计阶段是造价控制的关键阶段,但工程实际中对该阶段造价控制的重视程度不够,导致设计阶段造价严重超出可研报告批准的投资。分析了目前实际工程中出现的问题及原因,阐述了设计阶段控制造价重要性,同时提出了设计阶段造价控制的方法及建议。

Design phase is a key phase of engineering cost control,however, the engineering cost control in this phase cant be taken into account more during the engineering practice, leads to the engineering cost in design phase investment for research. In connection with the problems in practical engineering at present, analyzes the reasons, expounds the significance and puts forward some measures and suggestions of the engineering cost control at design phase.
