摘要
通过对设备维护管理中成本管理模式、质量管理模式这两种管理模式所采取的具体措施进行了阐述,并对每项措施可能导致的后果进行分析、对比。提出从企业长远利益出发,以可靠性为前提的质量管理模式为机电设备维护较优级管理模式。
Expounds the adopted measures of two management modes of cost management, quality management in the management of equipment maintenance, analyses and contrasts the results to each measure could lead to consequences. Puts forward that the quality management mode is the optimum level management mode of electromechanical device maintenance by the reliability as a precondition.
