阐述了人力资源是现代企业的一种战略性资源,也是企业发展的最关键因素。激励是人力资源管理中的一个重要方法,它可以调动员工的工作积极性,提高企业绩效;可以挖掘人的潜力,提高人力资源质量。激励的科学与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏。目前,很多企业都有人才外流现象,留不住人才已经成为制约企业发展的重要因素之一。以员工需要为基础是选择有效激励方法的关键。
The human resource is one of the strategically resources of modem enterprises, also the key element of the development of enterprises. The stimulation is an important approach in human resources management. It can mobilize the staff' enthusiasm to improve the enterprises' achievement, and it can arouse staff' potential to improve the quality of human resources. Whether the stimulation is reasonable, it directly decides whether the application of human resources is good. Nowadays, there is brain drain phenomenon in many enterprises. It becomes one of the key elements to restrict the development of enterprises that talents could not be remained. Therefore, basing on the staff' need is the key to choose an effective stimulating method.
