摘要
在pH4.4的醋酸盐缓冲溶液中,加入Sc(Ⅲ)引起胭脂红酸的单扫极谱可逆吸附波的峰高降低。Cs_c由1.0×10^(-7)至6.0×10^(-6)mol/L与峰高降低成正比。测得吸附络合物组成为Sc(Ⅲ):CA=1∶3。
In the acetate buffer solution at pH 4.4, when Sc (Ⅲ) is added, the single-sweep polarographic peak height of reversible adsorptive wave of carminic acid (CA) decreases. The decrease of the peak height is directly proportional to C_(sc) from 1.0×10^(-7) to 6.0×10^(-6) mol/L. The composition (Sc(Ⅲ)/CA) of the adsorptive complex has been determined to be 1:3
