加强非公有制企业党建工作是巩固党的执政地位的需要,是实现党的领导的必然要求,是非公有制企业自身发展的需要。目前,非公有制企业党建工作在发展中遇到了许多新情况、新问题,为了推动非公有制企业党建工作的进一步发展,我们必须增强执政意识;围绕生产经营抓党建;充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用;优化党组织书记选育机制;加强舆论宣传。

Reinforcing the organizational construction in the nonpublic enterprise is essential to consolidate its ruling status and implement the leadership for the Communist Party, and also necessary to the developmentof the nonpublic enterprises. Currently, many new problems during Communist construction in the nonpublic enterprise have risen. In order to promote its further development, we must enhance our governing consciousness basing on the production and management, completely give free vein to core role of the Party organization, optimize the system of the selection and training of secretary in Communist Organization of enterprise, and enhance the publicity.
